HARMONIOUS DIET- HEALTHY EATING HABITS

The Golden Rule in this  respect is


to follow one's own " INSTINCT" ... 







As the " BRAIN" the Master Ruler 







the " MAESTRO " knows exactly


what is missing in your organism,


AS, you can't eat  " EVERYTHING"


can't  you ???


So, a perfect " HEALTHY " eating


habit is difficult to reach without


your " INSTINCT" , as it is the


" INTUITION" of your body , 


because , simply , your body


has got it's own " Intelligence"....


A professionnal " EYE CHECK UP "


would indicate "Protein Deficiencies"


for   some " Vegetarians "...


Therefore a " HIGH PROTEIN DIET "


is recommended ...


A "  MUST" for some , but not  "  ALL "


Depending of the "  AGE " , the Physical


activity "  and the " General State 


of Being" So, what is good for some ,


 might be harmful for others...


It all depends of the " PERSON" ...


But , as a general thumb of a rule ,


here is some hints and indications ...


For good Healthy Eating Habits


for Vegetarians....






BREAKFAST : Glass of fruit juice


Soya  Milk + Whole Meal Cereals


(Or Fresh Goat Milk ) if available !!!


Farm   EGGS with poultry living


outdoors in freedom...


Whole Meal Bread + fruit Jam


***Some extras for our shakespiarians








L U N C H  :    F I S H   a  must...


**** ALL  FISHES ***


LUXURY ... For  our Shakespiarians


RED  SMOKED   SALMON 


C A V I A R      E  G  G  S


T A R A M A     E  G G S   Salad




***Generally speaking , our Vegetarians


 friends should know there's


  "  F  I  S  H  "  in  " WATER"


that you drink , although you don't see it ...


" D e a r   S m i l i n g    S u n s h i n e "


But , I  see  "  Y OU "...


So ,  "  W A T E R  " =    F  I  S  H 




Cooked    CEREALS  A must !!!


WHEAT or other   as often as possible


Combined with vegetables...


TOMATOES & CARROTS  A MUST !!!


As   a   salad delicious  with tuna fish...


**** VERY  IMPORTANT****


After  each  Meal  a "  HANDFUL"


of  "   D R Y    F R U I T S  "


Nuts , apricots ,raisins, walnut ....


etc.................................................




Important: " CHEWING"  for a long time


as  digestion is delicate ...


People with intestinal disorders 


and painful stomach should avoid


it of course....


Very  very Important indeed...


10 to 30 minutes after each meal


LARGE GLASS OF HOT DRINK




***   FRESH  FRUITS*****


Of course , but never after meals***


Always before or away from meals,


digestion not compatible...






***As for   DINNER****




LIGHT...... light ..... LIGHT ....


VERY LIGHT ...


Difficult  with office hours, 


but at week ends ....
